FOUNDER MEMBER

Hans Koorn is the founder member and principal engineer of Fortem Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd and previously headed up the structures division of Mott MacDonald and PDNA Consulting Engineers. He has over 35 years of experience in a wide range of structures including stadiums, office buildings, warehouses, housing developments and hospitals. Hans was appointed Technical Advisor to the South African Rugby Football Union for the 1995 Rugby WorldCup and as Technical Consultant to the South African Football Association (SAFA) for both the 2006 and 2010 FIFA World Cup Bid Committees. Hans was also the Project Director on the Soccer City Stadium which won local and international awards.
